Cache Creek is a nasty, overcrowded, and run down casino.  Since they opened the new parking lot, too many people are crammed into the small older casino.  I'm afraid if there ever were an emergency and people needed to escape, there would be a serious and tragic accident waiting to happen.  There are a lot of broken slot machines and it seems there is never enough cashier staff to help the patrons.  It just doesn't feel like a fun place to play.  I believe they will be serving alcohol soon and that is one reason I won't be returning because the crowd there are pretty scary sober.  The last time I was there someone who was smoking burned my arm with their cigarette and kept walking away.  Rude patrons, overcrowded rooms, broken slot machines, and unfriendly staff will keep me away from Cache Creek.  Their slogan "Winning is everything" must refer to the house and not the patrons.
